A character campaign can combine visual artwork with music. Clearing the visual material does not by itself describe the permission for the soundtrack.
WIPO's copyright guidance includes musical works among protected creative material. WIPO — Why Copyright Matters to SMEs.
Define the actual use
For a promotional clip, identify the music source and proposed channels. Keep rights review connected to the real asset rather than a general statement that the campaign is licensed.

Preserve the evidence
Check the relevant terms and applicable rights with the responsible specialist. Permission for one context should not be assumed to cover every platform, territory or later edit. This is an asset-review framework, not a claim that any particular music is available for PLUSHIP's use.
