A pear selection can turn on expression rather than colour. Compare the surprised pear and Ya pear in a complete view, using a whole apple as a simple fruit-character reference alongside them.

A range made entirely of round fruit forms can feel visually uniform. Starfruit, olive and longan references offer a way to compare different outlines before adding another colour to the assortment.

When comparing watermelon slices, separate the expression from the outline. A smiling reference and a triangular slice may prompt different choices even when the fruit palette is familiar.

Two strawberry references can draw attention in different ways. One uses a blueberry-related detail; another puts the smile at the centre of the character. Choose the focal feature before writing a collection description.

Clustered fruit characters can become hard to distinguish when their outlines overlap in a display. Compare raspberry, mulberry and grape references individually before placing them together as a colour group.

Sunglasses create a costume-led version of a fruit character. Compare the plain pomelo and sunglasses pomelo as separate catalogue designs, then use the pineapple reference to decide whether the accessory should become a wider range theme.

A duo-shaped character can change the rhythm of a fruit display. Compare the persimmon duo with individual plum and pomegranate references to decide whether you want a grouped focal item or a row of separate silhouettes.

Cut-fruit designs invite a closer look at the centre. Papaya, passion fruit and guava references help a buyer compare interior cues without relying on a long list of similar fruit names.

A shared heart motif can unite a collection, but the fruit shape still determines how each character reads. Compare peach, orange and grape references before building a gift range around the accent alone.

A plain-looking black shirt and two lettered shirt references may be close in colour while differing in the message they show. Treat the shirt wording as part of the product identity during selection.

An orange-toned range can still contain very different personalities. Compare a muscle mandarin, a winking orange and a shirt-wearing orange by expression and pose before deciding they belong in one character family.

When the fruit shape stays familiar, an accessory can change the entire character story. The mango-with-coin and mango-with-fish references should be compared as distinct designs, not as interchangeable catalogue photographs.
