A plain-looking black shirt and two lettered shirt references may be close in colour while differing in the message they show. Treat the shirt wording as part of the product identity during selection.
Read before approving
Request a clear view of the actual front graphic for each shortlisted item. Copy the wording into your internal record exactly as confirmed, and keep the matching photograph. Do not rely on an abbreviated filename such as orange-02 when the text is the reason for choosing the product.

Review the smallest intended image
A message that works in a close-up may disappear on a retail line sheet. Decide whether a detail view is necessary or whether another design communicates the idea more clearly. Avoid editing a product photograph to make the letters say something different.

Any requested replacement message belongs in a custom artwork review. It should not silently replace the selected catalogue item in a quote or order discussion.
