A grape character with a heart and green or purple grape references do not differ along one simple axis. Separate the accessory decision from the colour decision when you show them to a buyer.
Do not present unlike alternatives as colour options
A heart changes the design identity. A colour difference may belong to a different selection question. Label each catalogue item by its actual reference instead of suggesting that all three are interchangeable versions of one configurable product.

Give the comparison a question
Ask “Do you want the heart motif?” before asking which colour best fits the range. This keeps a buyer from approving a colour while accidentally losing the accessory they wanted. Put the two answers on different lines in the selection sheet.

If a custom combination is requested, describe it as a new proposal for review. The presence of separate catalogue images does not confirm that a heart can be added to either of the other grape designs unchanged.
