Read behind the headline
For a cultural-character project, ask which change the proposed headline celebrates and for whom. Different stakeholders may be imagining different outcomes under the same phrase.

Translate into present work
Identify the assumptions, design questions and evidence needed to approach that future. Do not publish the imagined headline as a case study, endorsement or forecast. Its value lies in aligning inquiry and ambition while keeping actual results separate from aspirations.
